This notice concerns the institutional website contact form, not hospital assessments conducted in the separate ResiliSafe platform.

Purpose and legal basis

We use information voluntarily submitted to respond to inquiries and demonstration requests. The applicable legal basis depends on the circumstances and may include steps taken at the individual's request before entering into a contract. Contacting us does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Data and purpose

We process name, organization and email, and optionally role, phone and message, to respond to contact and demo requests.

Service providers

We use hosting, technology infrastructure and electronic communication service providers to operate this website and forward inquiries to the ResiliSafe team. These providers process information necessary to deliver their services, subject to applicable contractual terms and safeguards.

Abuse prevention

Technical safeguards include input validation and request rate limiting. Limited technical identifiers derived from submitted email and request origin may be temporarily processed to prevent misuse.

Retention

Contacts without further activity will be reviewed for deletion within 12 months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation or documented reason requires longer retention. Deletion from email accounts and service providers requires an operational process and is not automatic. Technical rate-limit records undergo periodic cleanup.

International services

Technology services may involve processing personal information outside Brazil. Where applicable, international transfers must meet the requirements and safeguards established by Brazilian data protection law. Further information can be requested through our contact channel.
